The research in the environmental impact of tourism activities is gaining momentum due to the increasing social and political concern about the environmental degradation of the planet. In this context, the environmental attitudes of future tourism professionals are key to develop environmentally sustainable business models and tourism activities. Therefore the main aim of this work is to analyze the connections among personal capabilities, environmental attitudes and perceived industry attractiveness. In order to deepen on these connections we test on a sample of 200 undergraduate international Tourism students the lineal relationship between students’ capabilities and their environmental attitudes and how these environmental posture affect the perceived attractive of the tourism industry.
